I waited for 2 hours after noon
No appointment
It was around 5,000 yen for two people
As far as I know it is allowed. People did that when I was there
I always order scallops, mussels and sea breams.
The restaurant is closed on 1 Jan. Open from 2Jan.
The average party is 30 minutes, and the consumption of one person is about two thousand yen.
Three families are around 10,000 yen. In a couple, son of a small five. Even our children are delicious enough. However, because it is crowded, you have to line up early
You can find some nice shops such as design Tokyo in this shopping mall, and you can take good photos or view the trains arriving and leaving the busy Tokyo station from their rooftop garden
Worth a visit for the architecture, the museum and the shops/restaurants. Try the Nana restaurant and the conveyor belt restaurant on the 5th floor (if not mistaken).
Very nice mall with superb amenities. On the 6th floor there is a open garden where you have look at Tokyo station from above.
Great place to spend an hour or two to see nice japanese clothes, homeware and stationery
There is a roof garden which overlooks the Tokyo station building which looks good at night. This building has quite a few stores selling well designed artisan products.
Good sushi on belt bar. Very busy we had to wait for over an hour on a weeknight.
The place you want to go for quality sushi without spending a bomb. Highly recommend
This year's Christmas tree is made of different sized lights hanging from the ceiling, they change colour, blue to green to white to red. Always a good tree at KITTE.Nice selection of shops, nothing too big or exciting.
There are many restaurants , cafe and post office.
Lots of shops, on the pricey side but more original than average. In the lobby there are often different exhibitions.
Very nice place and located near the Tokyo Station... has numerous shops with a variety of goods... a great place to look around before heading out and about around Tokyo
Nice (free) rooftop views to the old station. Plenty of interesting authentic (and not so touristy) japanese shops, as well as some restaurants and cafes. You will also find the main post office of Tokyo in the building, with a decent postcards selection.
Great building right next to Tokyo station with an amazing roof garden. I would highly recommend it.
came here to buy hana halal chocolate but they dont have some left
Huge range of store's with helpfully staff.Great place to visit!
Luxury department store, tourisms can see a great view of Tokyo station from 6F Garden, it's free!!!!
New shopping centre next to Tokyo station. There is a terrace on the 6th floor with views on Tokyo station.
Creative shopping mall with many selective design store and cafe, underground are full of good restaurants. It’s a great resting spot for people before take train from Tokyo to somewhere else.
A well designed shopping mall. You can access it from Tokyo train station. It used to be a postal office building. The shops and restaurants are well curated. It also has a small room that shows some furniture and letters from the old postal office. You can look out the window and see the beautiful Tokyo train station across from the mall.
Listed as one of the Best Places to Shop in the Central Tokyo Business District next to Tokyo Gran Central Station. A towering skyscraper housing an indoor 7 to 8-storied mall filled with luxury boutiques, restaurants and cafes, and a museum. Within walking distance to several other popular shopping arcades running in distance of the major subway lines, Shinkansen and intercity busses.
Visited 千疋屋, located ground floor of kitte. You have to wait a bit to go inside of cafe, since they don't take reservations. But lunch time you can enter faster than tea time.Famous is seasonal parfait, photo taken are strawberry one, available from winter to spring
Massive shopping precinct right next to Tokyo Station. A little more premium in terms of the shops, but loads of options
A nice collection of restaurants
Basically a giant gift store with all price categories, except super cheap.
KITTE is a good place to meet with someone for lunch or dinner. It is easy to navigate from the Tokyo station, there are a lot of shops and restaurants in the building. They always put up a Christmas tree later in the year, and it is very pretty. Also, this location could be a good viewing point of Shinkansen and local JR trains if you are interested in it. Go up to the 6th floor, and there is a deck to view the Tokyo station.
Rooftop terrace is cozy
A free place to see a great view of Tokyos skyline and skyscrapers. There's also some really quirky shops and restaurants.
You can take pictures with awesome view at 6F. This building has the prefect angle if you want to shoot Tokyo Sta. But it is a pity that you can't use your tripod on the balcony at 6F. So the only place you can film is put your camera on the quite thin handrail.
Old post office inside this modern shopping mall.
A design-themed department store inside an ancient post office. Full of Japanese brand, a good place to look for elegant and simple Japanese design.
A typical japanese mall i think it works for the locals.
Obviously it's a place with lots of expensive cafes and restaurants and other shops But everything has a beautiful design and unique for a casual meeting for business to cafe inside this facility I'll recommend it And there is a tourist information center on B1#tokyocityi
Upscale shopping mall with plenty of tasty food options. Right on top of and easy access to Tokyo Station. The various boutiques (predominantly clothing) are interesting, but nothing particularly eye-catching. Prices are quite high at these stores, probably to make up for the premium retail space. In the middle of a weekday, it's still quite busy, but there's plenty of room to walk. You'll see quite a few salarymen eating or sleeping.
This is a beautiful mall, with a free museum and a great roof garden. You could easily spent 2 hours there!
Nice mall. Try the soba restaurant on the 5th floor.
has a cute nature museum in it
An upscale mall with an amazing atrium in the middle, often having events like Christmas promotions. There are numerous areas to visit such as the rooftop garden. Great view of Tokyo Station. Also a number of shops and restaurants. Attached is a large office tower and the JP Post Office. The building used to be the general post office for the area.
Good shelter in the rain. 6th floor has a roof garden with a view of Tokyo station
A huge and cool shopping mall beside Tokyo Station. Good choice of cafes on the first floor. There is a lovely rooftop garden too!
My head office is located in JP Tower above KITTE, so we always pass through here at least once on our visit. My conferences are usually around a festive celebration (Christmas, Lunar New Year, Japanese New Year) and there is always a big display in the centre court. Always a high quality presentation. Some great stores and good food, and usually a vastly different temperature than outside (in a good way!).
Nice multifunction shopping center
Great view of Tokyo Station from the roof garden . Free admission
One of the coolest shopping mall in Tokyo.
Wonderfull shopping mall with a lot of small shops where you can find just about everything. On the top floor is the rooftop garden where you can chill and enjoy the atmosphere. You can also watch the incoming and outgoing trains from the top which is a big plus for every train enthusiast.
Nice shopping mall with an outdoor garden.
clean & classy
Nice place for shopping and bonding with friends. There are many restaurants to choose from. Very convenient place and not very crowded.
Pretty awesome shopping centre! Some cool shops and an amazing sushi train upstairs!! We had to wait a while to get in to the sushi train but holy cow it was worth it!
Great shopping mall. Full of unique, creative and beautiful products. Many are made in Japan. A must check out!
For train lover kids, "6F garden" is great spot to see many trains come and go through Tokyo Station! This observation deck is open to public, you can enjoy Tokyo's skyscraper and Tokyo station's real view from above. There are many restaurants and shops in this building, most of them are children welcome.
